Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on all orders to be delivered in India.

  • Your ordered products will be dispatched within 3-5 business days after the order is confirmed. Please read the product descriptions for any exceptions in delivery timelines before placing your order.
  • Our delivery team will attempt to deliver your purchase 2 times over a period of 4 business days before it is considered a non-delivery and sent back to us. In such cases, you will be given store credit or will have to bear the cost of re-shipment.
  • All deliveries require the customers signature, so please ensure you or an appointed individual is available at your selected delivery address.
  • Delays owing to customs, interstate regulations, strikes, lockdown, delivery outage are unfortunately out of our control, however we will always communicate the status to you.
  • In case of non-serviceable pincodes please expect a delay in shipment.
  • Should we fail to deliver products due to product unavailability, poor product quality or inventory issues, we will cancel your order and offer you a full refund.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Our returns and exchange policy is subject to goods sold by Riti through their online and offline store only.

  • All policy changes will reflect on this page.
  • It is essential to note that since our products are designed and crafted by hand, unevenness in texture, embroidery, fabric, stitching is not a defect but a characteristic of the process.
  • However, any product may be returned if unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging.
  • For the purpose of a return or exchange, we must receive an exchange request within 7 days from delivery date.
  • An exchange request should be raised via email quoting Order Number to: In case further assistance is required, please feel free to write in for a call back from our team.
  • Please ship your return/exchange order to the shipping address communicated to you via email. This cost will be borne by you.
  • Return orders are to be received at our communicated address within 14 days from the date of receipt of order.
  • Please note, that should the fault be ours (fabric damage, colour damage, packaging damage, stitching damage), we will contact you to arrange a pickup.
  • If the goods are delivered to you in a damaged condition, please email us at: with a photograph of the product as well as the Order Number.
  • In all other cases, please note that we may only process exchanges and returns once you have shipped us the product and it is received by us.
  • There will be no returns or exchanges for products made to custom measurements.
  • Refunds are processed one week after receiving the returned goods.
